All captured data is available to be downloaded as flat extract files for use on your on internal systems as standard at no charge for 12 months from the date of upload.

OLAP & Reporting Server

In addition to downloads we provide optional reporting services that enable you to quickly 'slice and dice' your data using our On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) Service. Features of this include the following:

On-Line Summary Report

OLAP Data is presented in a simple easy to understand way with drill down capabilities.

Signatures and photos can be viewed and filtered

Custom Reports

Reports can be customised and made available to users or external clients, via on-line access or email subscription.

Image/Signature Dropbox

We offer an optional service called Image DropBox that packages all signatures and images taken on the system and delivers them to our (or your own) FTP site overnight, to be easily downloaded in bulk via a browser or and FTP client and added to any presentation or forwarded to third parties.

Images are categorised into appropriate folders renamed and also watermarked with any relevant information (eg Postcode/Store code, see slide show for example, or download a sample here).

Signature filenames are also renamed to include the signature holders name and any other relevant information.

Automated Emails/FTP

If captured data needs to be forwarded on to a third party via FTP or eMail (eg Orders) or if alerts need to be sent to administrators to prompt action we offer a tailoring service to provide this to your exact requirement.
